Do you prefer Wright's work in The Pride of the Yankees to her work in Mrs. Miniver?
ResponderExcluirYes I do, just rewatched TPOTY and discovered that I had been unfair to Wright. Surprisely, she and Cooper had an amazing chemestry, and in the second half of the film she could show her character was not just a lovely wife, but also a human, and she did it exceptionaly. Wright could do no wrong.
ExcluirI really love Teresa Wright and I agree she's really quite wonderful (even if limited by the role) in The Pride of the Yankees. She has some really heartbreaking moments.
